「På den positiva sidan var den lilla lägenheten ny och ren och hade en fin balkong. På den negativa sidan gjorde språkförbistringen och otydliga instruktioner att incheckningen var onödigt krånglig. Trots att jag följde dessa och letade Nordstay Turku på Google maps och kom ganska nära, gjorde bristen på exakt adress och telefonnummer att jag inte hittade. Efter mycket om och men, när jag lyckades få ett nummer att ringa, hade jag svårt att förstå vad som sades och det tog många meddelande och...

「Good standard of accommodation and close to the port. We didn’t receive any confirmation of booking from the property and only received a text at 3pm on the day of our stay to inform us of key codes. It would have been helpful to have an email to confirm there wouldn’t be any contact until that time, but on calling customer services on the afternoon of our stay we found that out. Otherwise, we couldn’t fault the property- clean, convenient and well furnished.」

「The place isn’t far from the city yet it’s far enough away to enjoy nature and an excellent property. There’s a complementary kayak if you want to enjoy the water or cab sit on the beach. There’s also sheep on the property that you can feed 」
