We specifically stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean and quite spacious. It wasn’t quite walking distance to the downtown areas we had planned to visit, but it was always easy to find a rental scooter at the hotel. The lobby shop was nicely stocked with coffee and simple breakfast items. We didn’t use the pool and spa facilities because we were in town to see family, but it looked very nice.

Children’s Paradise

I am on crutches and there was no attempt to organise accessible room or indicate where I could park. Bed was not comfortable and apartment was stuffy with all windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. Kitchen amenities were great. Lots of activities to amuse children.

There is no window in the second bedroom and there is no air condition, so it's very hard to sleep in summer. For this kind of price I would expect the air condition to work. Kitchen is nicely equiped and there are good swimming facilities. Check in at 16:00 and check out at 11 also gives you a very little time frame to be in the hotel and so swimming place could be very crowded in the evenings.

The pool fee wasn’t included in the room price. The walk from the villa was inconvenient. Parking was only in the main lot, away from the villa. No A/C and only one window opened 1/4 of the way. The pool area had rust and weathering. The public is allowed to pay to use the facilities and some child sports teams were frequently using the pool area. The city was lovely and we will stay elsewhere the next time.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit schönem Balkon und toller Sauna. Die Badelandschaft ist fĂŒr Kinder toll, könnte aber eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Schwimmpaket ist etwas ĂŒberteuert. Auch das Parken fĂŒr 15 Euro am Tag auf dem Hotelparkplatz ist zu teuer.

Kallis pysĂ€köinti (34,50€/2vrk sis EasyParkin palvelumaksun), vanha ja kulahtanut kylpylĂ€- sauna ja pukuhuoneosasto, huono palvelu (toisena iltana O’Learrys ravintolassa sentÀÀn tarjoilija hymyili, missÀÀn muualla koko aikana ei kukaan sis. vastaanotto, aamiainen, siistijĂ€t kĂ€ytĂ€villĂ€, Hesburger kylpylĂ€n puolella), aamiainen oli huono ja kaikki oli vĂ€hissĂ€ klo 9:20, kun saavuttiin paikalle. Santsatessa ei oltu vielĂ€kÀÀn tĂ€ydennetty ja tasan klo 10 kaikki vietiin pois. Usein hotelleissa kĂ€ydÀÀn huomauttamassa, ettĂ€ jos haluatte vielĂ€ jotain, niin aamiainen pÀÀttyy 5min pÀÀstĂ€ tms. TÀÀllĂ€ ei, kun ei tosiaan palvelua ollut muutenkaan. EnkĂ€ siis yövy missÀÀn huopputasoisissa paikoissa muutenkaan, vaan ihan perus hotelleissa. Huoneessa varavuode ei ollut pedattu valmiiksi, vaan se piti laittaa itse. Edes tyynyliinoja tai pussilakanoita ei oltu laitettu valmiiksi. Lapsille ei ollut kylpytakkeja. Saunaosastolla ei ollut tarjolla peflettejĂ€ enkĂ€ nĂ€hnyt tĂ€stĂ€ tietoa missÀÀn ennen hotelliin saapumista. Asia oli mainittu respasta saamassamme aukiolopaperissa, kun peflettejĂ€ ei siinĂ€ kohtaa ole saatavilla enÀÀ mistÀÀn. Ainiin! Aamiainen ei myöskÀÀn sisĂ€ltynyt hintaan, vaan se piti ostaa erikseen vastaanotosta. TĂ€mĂ€kin rahastus tuli yllĂ€tyksenĂ€. Ostimme vain yhdelle aamulle ja toista varten kĂ€vimme kaupassa. 20€/hlö siitĂ€ aamiaisesta ei todellakaan ole kohtuullinen hinta. Jos altaalla olisi halunnut vesijumppata, olisi sekin nĂ€yttö pitĂ€nyt VUOKRATA kĂ€yttöön.

Muuten tÀys 10pts mutta nÀlkÀ meinasi tulla.

EnsinnÀkin asiakaspalvelusta 10pts! Aivan mahtavaa ja joustavaa palvelua! Huoneisto oli tosi kiva ja siisti ja kaikinpuolin uudenveroisessa kunnossa. Itse majoittumisesta ei mitÀÀn valitettavaa! Ainoastaan yksi asia jÀi hÀmmentÀmÀÀn oli ravintolapalvelujen puute...ruokaravintolat aukesi lauantaina vasta klo 15 ja sunnuntaina eivÀt olleet auki ainutkaan... vaikka olisikin hiljaista niin tÀmÀ puute saa miettimÀÀn tuleeko uudestaan. Kuitenkin kun hotelliin majoittuu viikonlopuksi niin kyllÀ sitÀ luottaa siihen ettÀ siellÀ on ravintolat auki! No nyt kÀytiin aitten lÀhikaupasta ostamassa syötÀvÀÀ.
