「We have stayed at this property many times and have had an excellent experience. This last stay had one issue. We booked a handicapped room with a roll in shower due to the fact my husband walks with a rollator. After taking my shower which was a very short one, I walked out of the shower and almost the entire bathroom was flooded with water. Water started to flow into the hallway and then into the bedroom. I immediately called down to the desk to ask for maintenance, however, I was told...

「Shower didn’t work. The wall are paper thin and the neighbors wher arguing loudly. In a pinch, it was well worth the price.」

「My husband and three young adult children were so happy staying here. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect. The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. 」
