「The breakfast was not properly refilled, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The room and bathroom were not clean, and basic toiletries and supplies were not replenished during our stay. Given this experience, I will not be booking hotels through Expedia again.」

「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」

「The staff was so helpful and very genuine. They made checking in a breeze. I wasn't sure if I needed a few more days and they made the conversation about my lodging needs very easy on me. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed and made it clear that I could just go back up and speak to them if I needed to add more days. The rooms have everything you need and have a very charming touches.」

「There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

「We just stayed at the Gillhouse (my elderly father and two young children) and it was absolutely wonderful. So scenic, relaxing, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We will most definitely make this a summer tradition.」
