"Had some wait checking in, but it was pleasant and one of the staff even boutght excellent peanut butter cookies. The stay was very nice,clean and quiet. Check out was a breeze. Would recommend. "

"Nice 1950-60s motor lodge with a pool. Not fancy but clean and everything was working. Small fridge, microwave. A couple chairs out front. Just what you would expect in a woody, lake environment. "

"The room were nicely decorated and modern. We loved our 1 bedroom with living room unit. It was comfortable and spacious. We loved the contactless check-in and check-out. The lake right at the property with private access was very nice. We're pretty happy with the equipment provided (SUP, canoes, kayaks). Doing s'mores right by the lake at night was really fun. All the activities we booked (rail bike, whitewater rafting, ropes course) were all a few minutes away. Dining options were a bit limited but if you drive 15min north to Lake George, there are plenty of options!"

"Historic hotel with lots of charm. Owners care for the property is evident and the guests are in for an authentic experience. I will no longer stay at corporate hotels if at all possible- family owned businesses keep the world going. This place is an absolute gem!"
