「We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.」

「My 2 night stay with my dog was very pleasant. Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the “studio” part of the room. Kinda did feel like home away from home. The pet area and outside was well lit which was good at night for this single lady. I really enjoyed the fire pit out front on a nice evening. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I only had coffee but it did look like a nice spread.」

「Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was small but you can park in the museum of play lot and get it validated at the hotel.」

「Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...
