「We made the unfortunate mistake of not choosing one of the options to be able to cancel the booking and obtain a full refund!!!.... Unfortunately, a few days after making the booking and still a month before the travel date we realized we could not go!!... Staff at the hotel would not reimburse or issue any refund at all; even half the cost of the one nights stay!!.. So we did not go and lost all our money!!.. Not good PR for this hotel!!」

「Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. The shower was amazing. Excellent water pressure. Room was spacious. Convenient to get to and from the casino. All the restaurants available on the property were a huge plus. Cons: The bed was uncomfortable (super hard, my back was killing for two days after sleeping here for one night). You can hear everything happening in the halls and adjacent rooms. I could even hear when others opened/closed blinds in their rooms. Felt like there was no privacy....

「This place was gross! Green pool - dirty rooms - staff didn’t care - no restaurant as advertised!!! So not recommended!!」
