The toilet didn't want to flush and pushed up all the dirty water up into a fountain. Luckily i wasn't sitting but my foot got all splashed. One of the fire sprinklers dangled out of the ceiling. There was no maintenance person. We left early to go home rather than stay our last night. No refund.」

Turns out that the dungeon that they put us into, didn’t even have a key code on it!!! Had too small...

「We stayed for three nights, and no one came to clean the room or ask if we needed towels. I don't know if this is normal. There was lemon water in the lobby on the first day, but from the second day onwards, there wasn't any. However, I still gave it five stars because everything else was perfect.」
