「Despite numerous negative reviews, I must say it's excellent, and the bathroom is also very clean.」

「Clean room, friendly staff. Great location」

「It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.」

「Breakfast was good with hot biscuits and gravy each day. The biscuits were fluffy and soft delicious. Different days had eggs, sausage patties. Also cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Good start to the day.」

「The staff were helpful, friendly, polite, accommodating, and professional. The staff absolutely made our stay pleasant. The room appeared to be freshly cleaned. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom of our suite. We kept the doors closed to prevent the smell from invading other areas of the room. Good location; within walking distance to places that we visited (based on recommendations from staff). Overall a pleasant stay for the price.」
