「Great room, clean and comfortable 」

「This place is great. I only wish the pool was open during my stay. There’s a bus you can take downtown or you can just walk to Broadway which I did a number of times. The pancake machine you can use for the included breakfast is fantastic and the other food items are adequate. The room was quiet and had a nice look to it. 「It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.」
