「I love Hampton Inns because you always know what to expect.」

「Katerina hotel is a must stay for those traveling to Chico. Clean, beautiful esthetic, with nice restaurant and bar amenities. Happy hour was a plus with nice food offerings and tasty drinks. The pool was well maintained and sunny. Staff at hotel went above and beyond to check in with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were well sized, huge bathroom, and clean. Would recommend staying here - close to shopping and freeways.」

「Friendly staff. Older decor in room, bathtub seemed old/stained. Check-in was smooth and allowed for late checkout. But breakfast pastries should be included for the graduation rate we paid. 」

「Great check in experience, very nice staff. The breakfast provided was better than you'd expect, nice indoor pool area, microwave and refrigerator in the room and something that's sadly becoming rare...a bathtub!」

「Manager refused to extend our stay in the room.claimed booked up ,yet later that night this exact Room king room, on ground floor. ,6 rooms were still available」

「A/C kept shutting off & on. Shady people around the property. Bathroom was old & gross. Bugs in the bathroom」

「The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.」
