「I don’t understand why Expedia is in partnership with this hotel. In my options for reservations, I took a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM. On site, the reception, was asking us to have dinner between 5:30 and 6 PM. After they would close the restaurant. We protest, saying it was too early as we had excursions planned. They refused to change...

「Beautiful hotel close to main attractions. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we had to change some of our plans. The free breakfast is delicious and way above the typical Polish buffet breakfast. The rooms are well designed and decorated. Highly recommend!!」

「Wonderful hotel. Clean, convinient location, nice staff, and good breakfast. We enjoyed sauna and hot tub after long hikes. Nice roof top taras with a mountain view (Giewont). Our apartment was big and had balcony with nice view. I would definetly come back.」
