"The room and stay was excellent. Only thing was that we stayed in the Family room No.220 and the TV, phone and the Kettle did not work initially. Then they made the TV and the kettle to work but the phone was out of order and hence calling the reception became a problem. Other than this one thing, everything else was fabulous. We were taken very good care. Will visit this resort again for sure."

"This is our second visit to Visalam! There is something amazing about this property that is hard to describe with words! Practically speaking it is a very well maintained property! All the amenities were in perfect condition and staff were extremely helpful! Pool was very clean and my boys loved it! We will visit again for sure!!"
