「Pool not working 」

「Booked this room for one night for my husband as he was passing through unexpectedly on business. When he got into his room, he had to clean old soap out of the shower, there were bags of trash and fast food remains in dresser and night stand drawers and the room itself was … perfunctory, at best, even if it had been more clean/hygenic. 」

「elevator was not working and they gave us a nice clean room on first floor. the staff was awesome.. Wanted to help in every way to make our stay special. They let us have a late check out. Breakfast was great and plenty of it. 」

「I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional. 「Everything about this place was adorable and comfortable. The only drawback was the spotty Wi-Fi. Even after troubleshooting with the hosts it was still touchy. But overall it was an excellent stay! 」
