This was left under the pull out bed.

Traveled to visit family for the weekend. Grenada doesn’t have many hotels to choose from so we thought we were picking the best of the options but the standards were very mediocre. Our floors were extremely dirty with stains all over and food crumbs. I had to ask the front desk to come vacuum our floors because they had so much debris on them. The bathroom toilet had hair in it as soon as we arrived. The tub was old with paint shavings and debris. We made it work because we had no choice but we were so ready to get out of there. Next time we will probably explore an Air BnB or a hotel in a different city and just drive into Grenada because we were highly disappointed, especially for the money that was spent.

We only stayed the one night as a stop over on a long leg of our Deep South road trip. The property was fine but out of the half a dozen Holiday Inn Express we are staying in this one didn’t just hold a deposit for extras. It actually took $20 which apparently it repays on departure. Several days on I still haven’t seen it return to my credit card. But what I don’t get is why it has to operate differently from its fellow hotels and any other on our trip and actually take a payment. Maybe IHG can speak to them and stop such a practice.

Clean rooms, fairly modern. Good breakfast. The fridge was not working, and I let them know and they said they'd get it fixed the next day. I didn't need the fridge. Exercise room was nice, although they had not restocked the water cups, towels or hand wipes.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. I did not like the breakfast room: there were no individual packets of jellies, milk etc. everyone had to touch the same jelly containers and milk jug. There was no bacon or sausage left at least one hour or more on Saturday before breakfast room was supposed to close

This property allows pets of any kind and as many as you want, apparently found pet hairs on my children’s bottles when they fell on the floor on their clothes and when leaving one of the residents for the night had three cages of cats this is totally unacceptable

Arrived and expected the accessible room I had booked. When I tried to check in, I found that the accessible rooms were on an upper floor and the elevator was broken. We had no way to get upstairs. I asked for any available ground floor room and was told there were none available. I said. Went would take any ground floor room but was told none was available. The woman at the desk was not friendly or accommodating. I get it, she’s been dealing with unhappy travelers since the elevator broke. I asked her to cancel my reservation which she did. She then made a comment that if I had not booked through Expedia they would have a way to contact me. We left and stayed right next door in the last accessible room on the ground floor
