People so it took a minute to figure out the Roku. parking confusion got straightened out quickly with a phone call. walked on the trails nearby, too and were only minutes from charming...

「I've booked two room but one of the room has not yet cleaned, therefore, we have cancelled one of the room at very late at night which make us feeling up sad.」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
