「Amazing stay!!」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The location was very convenient for getting downtown. However, our room had no heater. We asked a couple of times for a portable one, but never received it, so we had to endure the cold that night. They tried to fix the issue, but it didn't work—and temperatures were 29°F outside.」

「Grand Timber Lodge was a beautiful place to stay and very conveniently located to Breckenridge. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, we easily could have lived there.」

「Perfect space for my family of 4!」

「Celebrating my birthday in Breckenridge couldn’t have been more magical! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and cared for. The glowing fireplace, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff made the resort feel like the perfect place for a family birthday celebration. The resort beautifully blends luxury and comfort, with gorgeous woodwork, granite countertops, elegant artwork, and inviting spaces. Waking up to breathtaking mountain views and snow falling over the ski hills...

「This would easily have been a five-star rating, as the front desk staff has been super helpful and friendly. They even upgraded us to a suite. We forgot our massage gun when we checked out. Called the first time to let them know, they found the massage gun. The lady said their manager would call us back to collect payment and ship it back to us, as we are from Texas. It's been days, and each time I call, I can't reach a manager. Called on the time when the manager is working and they don't...

「Very nice place to stay! We had our dog with and they were so kind and accommodating! Very very clean, lots of food close by, great easy location and parking!」
