「Bon sejour」

「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

「Beyond a doubt, this was the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor with high quality fixtures and amenities. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. It really should be considered a 5 star hotel in every way possible. The breakfast was delicious with loads of choices for every dietery need. We were so disappointed that we were not able to spend more time in Beaune and this beautiful hotel. It will be a must visit during our next trip to France!!!!」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...

「如同他們家的酒，等級一樣，讚！ 從我寫郵件詢問火車站接待到飯店、下午在酒吧喝酒、晚餐早餐的每一接待都很到位，浴室有獨立暖爐⋯由於第三天需離開早餐剛結束，想試一瓶酒，他們毫不拒絕，讓我們試單瓶⋯我想這是許多飯店做不到的地方！有機會，一定會再回去住幾晚⋯」
