"It is a very nice big hotel, also very tall with great views.
I enjoyed the spacious room and the big, soft towels they provided. The breakfast was very, very nice, with lots of selections. It's also within walking distance to the central station. "

Self check in was not working is a downside
Can not adjust temperature is not really for customers who comes from Asia and tend to need warmer temperatures in the room

"The a/c didn't work on a hot summer night. Only one little window can be open but didn't help, other windows were sealed....
other guests opened and came into the room due to double booking in the middle of the night!"
