"The hotel is a lovely place to stay. The beds are very comfortable and a good size bathroom. I had a meal with relatives on the evening of my stay and found the service extremely slow although the food was good. I stayed in room 305 and I reported a very serious trip hazard to the reception staff on check out. There is a step from the bedroom into the bathroom which I tripped over on arrival. The carpet in the bedroom is dark and the tiles on the step are dark so you can't see it plus you...
