「Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. 」

「The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. 」

「Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative was the location of the hotel. Parking is limited, road though short is rough and when it rains, there are big mud holes. But we did have a nice 4 night stay. For the money, it was all worth it.」

「The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it.
