This place is hard to find especially at nite. Scary location. Sink is dirty and old. Towels are too cheap and old. No elevator that made it hard for older person to go up too. No toilet paper nor soap/shampoo. Hot water not working.

Kein tolles Hotel...

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen aber da die meisten Gäste "Einheimsche" sind ist das Hotel ziemlich läuternd unruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und Service ist sehr beschränkt. Man muss drum bitten damit das Zimmer gereinigt wird.

just a place to sleep

my stay was a staging area for my onward trip to Tboli and Lake Holon. Staff was so helpful. i made a mistake with my reservation. They adjusted it without penalty. i dont have enough time to explore the locality of the hotel. just be careful if you new to Gensan - there are several Microtel or Microhotel.

Conveniently located despite not being downtown. Responsive staff. Reasonably priced meals from restaurant. Disappointing was most tuna items in their menu were not available-- ironic given that they're in the tuna capital!

Great Place to Stay

Overall I was very impressed with this hotel and I would like to stay there again on my next visit. The prices were reasonable and we got our money's worth. The food was good for the price and the service excellent. The only downside was that they didn't take credit cards when we went to settle the bill before leaving and had to pay cash. (I think that was stated in the posting) That would be my only suggestion for improvement.

We were welcome by 3 lovely ladies with all smiles . They were helpful in getting us a rental car and massage therapist that was not available in their regular place and she source from others in order for us to get a good massage

the staff was great friendly and helpful. When I travel I am usually looking for a place to sleep and that is all. Other amenities are not of much interest. Ok location, rooms and some wear. Not a 4 star hotel but for the value I was happy.
