「The interior of the room on the club floor looks quite tired and worn out, especially the mold in the bathroom wasn't tolerable. Shower area had insufficient lighting. The desk had scratch marks all over. The team that consist of Kristy Khor, Justin, Joel Tan , Hilary and concierge staff Azizi were fantastic. They put in effort to ensure my stay was comfortable. My appreciation once again. 」
