「On arrival we were given a room that had not be serviced. New room was clean and A/C worked well. However there was no teatowel and the bed frame was broken. On wanting to leave early the next morning, the electronic key would not open exit gate and I had to find my way out through a staff service gate and get my vehicle out via the entrance gate. This would work with the electronic pass key.」

「Glamping in the Kimberly. Nice tents, but very hot during the day. Nice cool pool. Good bar restaurant. Walk to Emma Gorge is tough: hands and knees in places. Do it early, rest when hot, bring water.」

「Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? 」
