「We didn't have our room serviced and had to go to the front desk to get more towels to use.」

「This place was a very unique stay. Lots of history here. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Shower had great pressure. No issues with the stay. Would recommend.」

「The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The water view was very relaxing. They had a variety of food for breakfast, which made you feel like you were in an all inclusive resort. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.」

「The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better」

「Everything was great except the balcony It was very dirty and had about 4 spider 🕷 webs on it. In the night time there were about 3spiders crawling on the balcony」

「The room had dirty towels in the bathroom when I asked for clean towels those were stained yellow they wasn't white at all. No elevator and the halls smelled like old cigarettes and old carpet.I waited until I got home to shower. Breakfast was coffee plain bagels and a blueberry muffin I passed I woke up super early to get out of there」
