"The hotel is conveniently located in the clock tower building facing the Haram. The room are specious and very clean. Staff are very friendly. Although the area is very busy, the hotel managed the crowd effectively. The only problem I faced is no enough elevators to serve the crowd and I have to wait for long tone especially during the prayer times rush hours. "

"Very close to haram excellent breakfast very happy with upgrade breakfast on our last day that was a treat for us . Rooms big and spacious and clean plenty of toiletries supplied . The only issue we had was noise from next room only on our last night we had noisy next door people a dn most of noise was coming from connecting door which was closed but could hear them till late night the hotel needs to make them more sound proof "
