「Hands down an amazing experience. I hada small issue over breakfast, but staff were quickly to resolve and you were able to enjoy the hotel services and have an amazing stay. great location away from clock tower, easy to walk to Al Haram and back and not having to push through huge numbers of people. exceptional staff」

「Hotel parfait, le personnel hyper a l'écoute, grand remerciement a Enas qui a facilité mon Check-in. Autrement le check-in se fait hyper tard. Pour vous éviter de devoir attendre l'après-midi pour faire votre check-in. Heureusement que Enas était la, très à l'écoute! Merci beaucoup!! Je pense que je reviendrai dans cet établissement!」

「Pros: Hotel is spacious, the furniture in good condition, the carpet inside the room is clean. Cons: -The restaurant is below average I tried Iftar and decide not to try Sohor. Do not recommend dinning at the hotel at all even if it’s free. -Not easy to walk to holy mosque you have to take the golf car usually the waiting is 2-5 min and it takes 1-2 min to arrive then you walk down to the mosque. 」

「In my personal view the only good thing about this hotel is the location, this hotel is clearly dated and has not been fully upgraded over time. check-in could have been better, as I have now found out the hotel has charged me twice and currently having to dispute to get a refund. the hotel washrooms are not well maintained and during my stay the main ones in the lobby were out of action. it is a challenge to get in and out the hotel to Al Haram due to the numbers of people in the shopping...

Amongst the staff, the Receptionist name Sister Ghadeer was so much helpful, very much client orientated and professional as well. Not forgetting the evening shift Baggage Manager Brother Nasir Uddin, nice fellow, kind , professional and willing to help at all times. Thanks to all the staff but especially those two were good.
