「Service was not great」

「超级大的房间，窗外就是海，真的非常好！早餐也不错，泳池也很好。就是有蚊子，阳台门锁不上。」

「The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite.」

「Staff was fantastic. Rented a moped from a friend of front desk girl and it was a game changer! $45/day gave us independence and mobility to do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. Azure is north of the airport which gave us quiet nights and a sense that we weren’t in an urban area while still being only a 5 min ride to everything」

「I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I had stayed at this location before and enjoyed it, but this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The first issue happened at check-in when staff gave my fiancé a difficult time checking in. Things only got worse from there. On Friday night, there was no hot water. I attempted to address the issue with staff, but no one seemed to care or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, the hot water issue continued...
