「The hotel, food, drinks, entertainment and staff were amazing. The only issue was check-in. 「While I was initially a bit apprehensive when arriving at the location, the exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. The hotel itself is older and could use some updates, but the outstanding customer service more than made up for it.
