「We decided on this hotel due to location unaware the amount of traffic surounding the hotel is hectic due to bridge crossings on either side. I must say it was an "excellent" decision due to the customer service we received. From the General manager to the cleaning crew absolutly everyone went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one! Everyone took time to stop and say heĺlo with such a heartfelt demeanor! This hotel was clean, comfortable and would highly recommend if your in Bay...

「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」
