「Clean room, courteous and helpful staff 」

「Staff was great. Clean room. Apparently it was a hockey weekend and kids were running up and down the stairs, hallways up above the rooms in a very difficult to relax. That was my agenda with my daughter was to relax. My daughter is autistic and I was way too stimulating for her. No, I didn’t stipulate that she was autistic. Didn’t know I had to and I shouldn’t have to but that to no one quiet times are 30 below zero kids are in the pool running out the door, half naked and in and out. 」

「This is my favorite place to stay in the Rice Lake area. It is a charming lodge tucked away in a quiet spot right on the lake. Expect beautiful vistas year round. Each room is designed uniquely, several are pet friendly. Each has a view of and access to the lake. The staff/owners are friendly and accommodating. There are complementary non-motorized water activities in the summer and nightly campfires. Breakfast is fruit and a locally baked scone. There is nothing hotel-chain about this place. 」

「The managers of the Paradise Shores were very hospitable and pleasant . The hotel was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back again soon!」

「Most of the units were individual units. Office and front step area could use some sprucing up. The beds were comfortable. There were no klenex available in the room nor cups with the coffee maker. For the times, the cost was just under $100.」
