"Clean rooms, friendly staff."

"Our stay was disappointing due to the hotel's lack of a pool. The service and hotel operations were extremely slow. At 7:30, there was no breakfast food available, not even coffee. As a result, we were forced to depart without breakfast to reach our next destination. The front desk representative was preoccupied with her phone. I requested coffee twice, but she informed me that the person responsible for it was running late. I asked if she could provide me with coffee, and she declined, stating it was not within her job responsibilities. This made me angry and I informed her that I would be contacting the manager."

"This is a great place for families with children. There is a fine indoor pool largely accessible to children, and a playground. If you are not with children, you may be bothered by the noise. I wasn't, because I like the sound of children. But it was fairly loud."
