「地點較偏僻，周圍沒有餐廳，到最近的商場約15分鐘路程，飯店偏老舊，但服務人員很親切。 房間清潔不是很好，洗臉台還殘留頭髮，鏡面也有水漬未殘留未清，重點就是房間可能濕氣太重，讓人感到不舒服，鼻子過敏，一直流鼻水打噴嚏，走出飯店就好，還好只住一晚。」

「I love my stay in Parkroyal. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is good as well, you can walk to the nearby shopping mall or restaurant. Staffs are friendly. I will definitely stay in Parkroyal again when I visit Jakarta in the future」

「We stayed for one night because it was close to the airport. There is a roundtrip airport shuttle at certain times. However, our plane was delayed and landed at the airport late at midnight. They picked us up from the airport even though the shuttle hour was over. We stayed in a clean and spacious room. The breakfast was open buffet and had many varieties.」

「The hotel itself is a bit old, hence it's exptected that the renovation or facilities in rooms are with ages and some might not function such as the mini refrigerator did not work. But considering the price and a variety of breakfast included, it is not a bad choice for one or two days stay.」

Das Team war daran sehr aufmerksam, meine genauen Wünsche und die jeglichen Kleinigkeiten zu erfüllen. Der Upgrade (was mehrmals gekostet hätte) war der cherry on top.
