「This is a modern and reasonably decorated hotel. However, when we checked in, we were placed in a room that smelt of cigarette smoke. We changed it, but were placed in a room that smelt of damp. That was bad enough, but when we asked for help with the room, the front desk staff promised they would call us back and then did not do so. We asked for help a second time and were again given fake excuses; one member of reception (Nitin) promised to have his management send us a letter under the door...

「Très belle vue de la chambre sur la plage.. plage propre avec beaucoup de transat. La chambre est propre et les draps et serviettes changés tout les jours 😊 Les piscines sont également très propre. Une très chauffée et l’autre à température agréable un peu plus fraîche. Le vent etait pas très fort ( c’était ma crainte)et plutôt agréable vu qu’il fait chaud .. Juste a piscine du riu la d etait a l’endroit le plus venteux et piscine pas chauffée du tout alors que c pouf les enfants😏 et...

「很不错，酒店地处莫纳山附近，风景优美。房间很大，很舒服也很干净。早餐品种丰富，还有专门针对中国客人的粥烧卖炒饭炒面等中式早餐食品。酒店还提供免费午餐，还有很多免费的海上娱乐项目，感觉很值。服务也很细心，专门送了方便面在房间里，怕中国客人吃不惯西餐，感觉很细心。总之印象非常好。」

「The property is situated in a prime location with a beautiful view. The swimming pools were really clean and the staffs were so nice. My room landline and TV was not working, just checking the room once would have helped . Overall an amazing experience :)」

「酒店很好，欧洲游客极多，我们入住期间大概是仅有的亚洲面孔。酒店附近有小镇，可以吃饭，比酒店自助餐或单点便宜很多， 建议天天在酒店晚餐还是定半食宿好点，酒店也可单点 。小镇还有DFS,可以买便宜T恤，我们骑车大概20分钟可以到达，在林荫路上骑车也是很好的感觉。 入住期间可以在酒店订车出去游玩。总之，SANDS不错。」

「L'hôtel est bien situé ce qui nous a permis d'y loger tout notre séjour. Il y a un parking gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est génial 」

「We had a fabulous time. As we have never been to all inclusive before and we choose half board it did take me a couple of days to get my head around a couple of issues, mainly having to pay for water and coffee after breakfast. Overall a wonderful stay. Rooms are beautiful, every room has a view of the sea. As a buffet goes the food was good to very good some nights and plenty of variety. 」
