"Absolutely incredible! Staff was very attentive and caring to every detail, including reserving tours and preparing meals ahead of time for us. Food was delicious every time, spa was relaxing. The view is stunning, i just can’t say just how much we enjoyed staying here! We were at the villa master suite (tucan). We also had the couples massage and enjoyed all the pools other than just our private one. We booked a coffee tour through the hotel and it was incredible! We had 2 drivers throughout our stay that were very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable!"

"I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated and could use a refresh. That said, the positive aspects—especially the service, location, and peaceful environment—really stood out. With a few updates, this place could easily be excellent."
