Nice apartment and safe parking. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise outside all night. Also, the place was not very clean. There was a rug in the living room that was really full of dirt. Also the toilets were not clean and had some "leftovers". The beds were comfortable and the staff very nice.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, el unico "pero" es que enfrente hay unos bares y hay ruido hasta la 1pm. Nada que no sea tolerable, el estacionamiento es reducido pero son las mismas condiciones de todos los lugares de la zona. Son apartamentos sencillos, camas comodas, A/C funcional. Si volveria a este lugar.

It was noisy but we managed

The place is ok, if you don’t mind the loud loud noise from night clubs and loud music at night from the nearby bars. The beds were too firm. The daytime receptionist Marlén was not friendly nor helpful. She looks like she hates her job. The male nighttime staff are much better at helping you. Wifi was not working for days. The toilets were not functioning at times. Maintenance guy names Freddy was helpful. I almost left but it was the closest apartment near the area where we needed to be. Good thing is that it had a kitchen and the area was very safe.

Initially did not get the room reserved, did not find this out until later in the day when wanting to sleep and no sofa bed (which was reserved). Water heater would turn on and off so got cold and hot water as one showered. Bed mattresses very hard or old. Night staff much friendlier than in the day. Were hones, left jacket at check out but was found and returned later when realized it was left. Did allow us to check out a few hours later.

The apartment was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Did not avail ourselves of breakfast. Bed could have been more comfortable. The hot water was a bit tricky. Would go cold in the middle of a shower.

Clean, but bare residences

The apartments were very clean and easy to find. We booked a room for one night and had no issues getting to or from the property. We were hoping to cook, but the kitchen had very few necessities (no cutting board, seasoning, knives, dish soap). At checkout, the reception tried to charge us a higher rate than we committed to on Expedia, but upon showing him the confirmation, we ended up paying the correct amount.

Over all a good experience. Just because my standards are too high. I believe a little bit more of maintenance investment would push up the rating. Door knobs missing, shower faucet mildew visible. Nice and friendly staff.
