"We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper...

"Traumhafte Lage und sehr gutes Restaurant! Wir waren 2 Nächte im Sarana Hotel und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Rund um das Hotel ist ein gepflegter Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Blumen und Pflanzen. Der beheizte Pool war im September super zum Baden. Beim Frühstück gibt es hochwertige Produkte: lokalen Käse, geräucherten Schwertfisch, Orangen zum selbst auspressen und Eier können bestellt werden. Situated on a hilltop, the accommodation has an overlooked of downtown St. Denis.
Catherine and Philip were such amazing hosts! Very accomodating and helpful.
The location is perfect if yoy prefer peaceful and quiet for relaxation. The bus stop is is nearby so if you want to go downtown you can just jump into the 12 line. I very much recommend L'escapade Bellepierre, would live to stay there again when i visit the island next time.

Entire building interior and exterior were impeccable. Staff was friendly, abundantly assistant, & bilingual. Walking distance to airport & two restaurants but not much else. Wifi was intermittent, difficult to connect to, & unreliable which was a hindrance to my meetings. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of options. Options for early check-in & late check-out with a fee. Property is quiet but give overall private appeal. Altogether fantastic stay apart from Wifi connectivity.

The Palm Hotel and Spa is located in a beautiful part of Reunion Island surrounded by lush scenery and gorgeous beaches. The only downside is that there is a slight trade off with the location. What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it.
The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located.
The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night.
Overall, really great place to spend a night or several.

I stayed six nights and found the hotel to be good value for the price. Émilie the owner was especially kind and helpful. When I encountered a cockroach after bringing pastries into my room, she quickly moved me to a better room, which I really appreciated.
There was also a housekeeping mistake where a plunger was placed next to my electric toothbrush. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping procedures. Overall, the staff were friendly, and I appreciated how they handled the issues.
