「The fact that you advertise the room to sleep 7 when in fact it’s two beds and a sofa bed crammed into a room is very deceptive. I was very disappointed to having paid $280 for one night in this crammed room with no working air conditioning. Unacceptable」

「Not great. Bad set up. Whole hotel needs work. Bathroom floor was not vacuumed or washed. Long black hair everywhere. Hubby and I are grey. All doors need quiet closing hinges. Way too much door banging. A/C very loud with very strong fan. Sorry, wish I could have been more positive. 」

「They were very accommodating. My flight was delayed. I sent aessage to let them know and even though it was after there regular shuttle hours they were waiting for me at the airport. Made a bad travel day so much better」

「Property sits right on Skeena river, amazing view from our room. It is an older building, room was large, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean, always key requirements. Couple issues with room on checking in but owner/manager addressed quickly and was very responsible and respectful, ensuring we were satisfied, going beyond to check back in. Would stay here again.」
