In some ways, I wish I had never found the Smithers Guest House, solely because it's ruined all future guest houses for me now. This place is an ace in all trades: beautifully appointed--enough decoration to feel homey, but not so much that you feel like you're living in someone's home. The best stocked kitchen--both in cookware and cooking staples (spices, coffee, condiments, etc) I've ever encountered in any guest house, bnb, or the like. Spacious and comfortable rooms, a hot tub with a view of the mountains, easily accessible parking, walkable to plenty of food options while still being a quiet area in general, and safe, code-locked doors.
I truly cannot recommend this place enough. 11/10.
