「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.」

「"I gave this hotel 4.5 stars. Erwin, the bartender and waiter, was fantastic! The property was spotless, and the swimming pool was a highlight. The rustic decorations were also a nice touch! However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: the pillows weren't comfy, and the bathroom could use some extra attention to detail (I saw some dust behind the TV).
