「In general everything was fine. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful. Our room was adequate but could use some TLC. Bathroom towel rack was coming off the wall. There was mould along the tiles in the shower. Curtain rod on the window was coming out of the wall. Spacious room but could have used another chair and luggage rack. Comfortable bed and location was perfect. Great storage for bikes.」

「Unfortunately this hotel does not live up to the brand. We had to leave after 1 night of a 4 night stay. There were exposed pipes and wires around the room. The beds sound like you are sleeping on a filing cabinet - just turning over in your sleep makes a loud metal clang. No carpeting but also no soundproofing means you can hear someone sneezing from down the hall. The pack and play we were given for our baby was gross and we had to ask multiple times for sheets and blankets to cover it....
