「Excellent customer service!!! The staff were professional and extremely respectful. I would definitely recommend this location for future visits. The house staff cleaned and sanitized daily. This was the most relaxing 1.5 week stay in a hotel. 」

I went out with my friend for dinner and returned to see that the hotel staff were looking for me. I was then told that they mistakenly billed me over N621,000 instead of N63,000 (Nigerian currency) (nearly 400 dollars). They now asked me to send them an email for a refund, I insisted it should be them sending me an apology...
