「非常棒, 一定會推薦朋友來住，希望下次去帛琉還會去住這間飯店，飯店人員及業務不怕麻煩的很幫忙解說&安排；對房間很滿意，飯店設施也很棒，很乾淨。」

「因為需要住在這個區域而選擇這家飯店，飯店附近有餐廳與商店，生活機能還不錯，但其實離市區很遠；房間比想像中還大，設施與清潔度都還不錯，是個乾淨舒適的房間，不過冷氣非常大聲。比較可惜時的是，旅程中朋友至飯店找我，明明我人在房間內，朋友卻無法透過櫃台找到人，留的訊息也沒收到。無免費網路，但有免費市話可以使用，離開時還需多付當地稅，只能說帛琉真是到處都要錢。」

「I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists」

「Great experience. If you want a get away from everything this is the place. The place is 45-min from all of the outdoor activities and the town of Koror but it's amazing place to relax and unwind. Hotel room is nice and spacious with a stunning view of the ocean. 」
