Palau is a quiet place, with not a ton to do other than dive and relax. This hotel is great for relaxing and has access to diving. Good food. Nice views. Beach area is not big, but is nice and differentiates from other hotels in the area.

I'm a repeat guest. All the staff were friendly and nice, the spa was nice as before, and the food was good. The only thing I didn't like was there were people smoking outside the smoking area( I couldn't dry my diving gears on the balcony cause the guest next door were always smoking on the balcony, which is not allowed).

It's a really nice place....people nice and helpful.....but, my lord, food is expensive and pretty mediocre. I am given to believe that's the nature of all of Palau so don't know that this should reflect on the hotel Solely. The Drop Off restaurant very close by has cheaper and better food

The hotel itself is very simple and clean, but the guest experience was disappointing. During my three-night stay, the toilet was broken and the drain was clogged, and despite informing staff, nothing was done to fix either issue. I also booked a two-room stay and later added an extra night. Instead of accommodating this in advance, the hotel required us to switch rooms, which should have been avoidable with proper planning. Overall, there was a noticeable lack of care and effort to resolve problems. Guest relations were poor, and for these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Keep away. Trust me.

Room Choice Mischaracterizes the View

The water view rooms all face the bay yet the room selections give you an ocean view as an option. You can see the ocean if you go out on the balcony and look to the right. I selected ocean view for a higher rate which is no different than a bay view hence is deceitful.
