"Hot tub was not hotter than my bathtub water, never got towels and stayed 5 days saw about 5 mini black ants in the bedroom. Staff was hard to understand. "

"They have rules for noise, but the noise of the pipes is quite loud. The noise hours are ignored and the jacuzzi is run way after 10 p.m. .I could hear the pipes and jacuzzi jets over the TV. Not a reflection on the hotel, but something to know. The room was pretty clean and staff pleasant. Check in was easy . The front staff clerk was very knowledgeable about the rules, process, and location of everything. The breakfast was much better than other free breakfast and they kept it filled. It was impressive. The only reason for less stars is the pipe noise kept me awake. The TV didn't have apps and the pipe noise over power the TV . Everything else was great."

"I stayed in a 2 queen size room of March 2026. The room was very spacious, clean and beautifully set up. The gentleman that checked us in was genuinely nice and relatable-we were both from California. We arrived to the hotel rather late so we decided to go inside the casino for food. I had my 20 yr old son with me. We went thru the casino front door security and found out the legal gambling age in Oregon is 21. They gave him a special bracelet and pointed us to the restaurant. We ordered our food and was told, there's a 20 minutes wait. So, we decided to grab a soda from a self serve station. We had to walk around the casino floor to find it first but of course, nothing is clearly labeled. Eventually, we found it. We did this twice after the first soda was consumed. Once we came back to the restaurant and sat down to continue waiting for our food. A muscle clad security berated my son about how he can't be running around the casino floor. It was a very scary situation for my son and I do think they could have handled it better. Unless... They meant to intimidate him to began it. In any case, I wouldn't say this is a very family friendly place to stayed at. Why would you berate a kid when clearly you can see (video cameras) he hasn't touched any of the machines?"

"You can tell this is an older Hotel. The staff is Excellent! Our room was very cleaned but did have large stains on the carpet and the bathroom sink took forever to drain. I did let the front desk now this when we left. The breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and not! Coffee was excellent! This hotel is right at the marina and it was wonderful to watch the ships come and go. After dinner we walked down to the docks where we could see all the wonderful boats. The location of this hotel is at the South Point of Astoria so if you wanted to walk the town you would need to drive in and park. Overall we would definitely stay there again."

"What a beautiful stay! It was perfect for the two of us with our pup. Staff was so nice & the biscut company next door is DEVINE. Definitely will be staying again."
