「I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and orderly all the appliances like the coffee pot and toaster, microwave, and refrigerator were spotless. The cleaning crew obviously puts pride into their job. The lake is gorgeous and just a short walk from our room.」

「Sweet, clean, picturesque little motel.」

「Historic and quaint inn and restaurant. Comfortable night's rest. Happy to stay, willing to come back.」

「Being called the Baseball Hotel would make one think there would be something related to baseball on the premiiiNothing. The outside was a mess incuding the cheap sign they tacked up outside. Not a sioulsis roun」

「We stopped here only because we were on our way from upstate NY back to Boston. The property was clean, had the standard amenities and an okay breakfast.」
