"The main building - lobby, diner, bowling, bar, coffee shop ect was beautiful and clean. The rooms seemed a little dated to be honest so didn’t love hanging out in there. The cleaners didn’t come every day and when they did they basically only made the bed and did fresh towels leaving bathroom dirty, not replenishing cutlery or ice bucket bags. one day our garbages were changed but full dirty bags left on our vanity - odd! The pool areas were nice but the lifeguards were so whistle happy it drove us nuts honestly - they wouldn’t let you pass a volley ball or water football around only beach ball, they cared more about the dirty ducks in the pool than the kids. My daughter and her cheer team also got chemical burns from the pool. I asked about water testing and was dismissed. The experience over was just fine, wouldn’t stay again or recommend"

"Wonderful location, amazing staff. Great pool area with bar for the adults and splash pad too for the kiddos. Only area lacking I felt was the food. Mainly the pizza we ordered was not cooked all the way, and the boneless wings were literally just chicken nuggets with some sauce drizzled on them. Other than that would definitely stay here again! Service was amazing too. "

"The photo on the website is a lie—the place doesn't look like that at all. This hotel needs to renovate its rooms and upgrade its toiletries, such as shampoo, soap, etc. These products are of very poor quality, and they only provide one set for all the room's occupants; so, if you are traveling with your spouse, be sure to bring your own bathing supplies. Furthermore, we were not given pool towels on the final night of our stay.The pool bars were not operating."
