「The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.」

「The hotel is very close to the Disney Resort—about an 8-minute leisurely walk, or roughly 10 minutes including traffic lights. Because of the close distance, it saves a lot of money on Uber rides. Location is truly this hotel's biggest advantage. Then there's the daily breakfast. After filling tummy up, it keeps you full until around 2:00 PM, allowing you to have a late lunch or an early dinner in the Disney park while perfectly avoiding the peak dining hours. I highly recommend this...

「AC was not working in our first room, but the staff was so kind, helpful and quick, getting us placed in an upgraded room at no cost for the remainder of the stay. Can’t beat free parking and reasonable walking distance to Disney! Def not ultra modern(it’s a castle), but had everything needed for the minimum sleeping time spent at the hotel. Looked like families were enjoying the pool and hot tub as we walked past but did not try those out ourself.」
