"This place felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and the kids loved it! The only critiques that I would give it is checking in could be smoother because we did not know how to get into the building. We were waiting outside at 3pm and eventually a woman let us in. Also, the tablet for checkout would not turn on and so we had to just leave the room when we were ready to leave. Overall, it was really nice and we would stay there again."

"This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"Absolute worst service, they would not help us, treating our family like we we're invisible, it's inhumane. We stayed for over 9 days and yet they just left us to live or die on our own. They only give you 4 paper plates, and 4 disposable chopsticks, almost everyday we ran out and they would not bring any until 2-3 days later. "The unit is small and you can hear your neighbors talking and footsteps through the wall and ceiling. There is no soundproofing. There was also an emergency gas leak that they did not inform me about until I complained of the night construction. I had to leave to another hotel. They refuse to refund my money. The operation is also run by immature 24 year olds. "
