「Large spacious room. The lightning needs improvement as no dim lights. Clean all round. Not soundproof as could hear voices and loud music. Helpful staff at reception,bar ( miracle) and eating 2 separate dinning areas were ideal for local dishes and continental」

「My stay started on a frustrating note when I was moved to a newly opened wing of the hotel without prior notice, and unfortunately, the staff at the new wing had not been informed of the transfer. Since my reservation was still tied to the original building, the check-in process became unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. 「I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for!」
