「Great property. Rooms are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. Great restaurant and rooftop bar. I will say that the air conditioner in my room was not working. The maintenance man arrived promptly and reset it. However after a while it was obvious that it still wasn't working properly. I informed Valentina at the front desk and she immediately upgraded my room and even had a bellhop come and move all of our luggage. Valentina also gave us a later checkout due to the inconvenience. 「Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants. The hotel was perfect and classic, with live music on the evening that we stayed. The parking garage is private and less than a block away. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.」
