「I had called on Sunday the 2nd to do a reservation and was told by the person who answered the call she will call me back
I am still waiting for that call. I spoke to the lady when i checked in on Wed 5th about it but still no one made contact with me. Very disappointed 😞 」

「In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm” and payment was taken from my credit card. This was part of a three-week tour from Cape Town to Durban.
On 13 June 2024 I received a message from the accommodation, via Expedia, saying “Kindly note that we have no availability for the date originally booked” and that they had outsourced accommodation....
